We are running a network of 8 macs from a BT2700HGV and a few wireless devices as well but are experiencing problems with the content screening for some of the wireless devices.
we have 3 wireless devices connecting: A pc a mac an iphone everything is fine for the PC but for the mac and iphone we have them set to no restrictions and that is where the problem starts, at random intervals the content screening changes from no restrictions back to the default of "Level 1" group. I have no idea why the router seems to be doing this, I've had to reset the mac first thing in the morning and half an hour later do it again where as yesterday it lasted until after lunch. ![]() Please help! I cannot find any help anywhere.

Try resetting the content screening and internet access controls to default, reboot and set it up again. It does seem to lose it's way at times
Alternatively use OpenDNS |

Try resetting the content screening and internet access controls to default, reboot and set it up again. It does seem to lose it's way at times I have something else to try that occurred to me last night (adding said users to level 2 but with virtually no restrictions selected) and see how that goes. If that fails I'll try what you suggest and let you know. Thanks |
