Default No wireless connection using BT Voyager well some!!??

Hi all, new to the forum and know just the basics so please bear in mind when replying to my query - thanks!!

My ISP is Orange and for 2 years have used a BT Voyager 2100 wireless router with some success, but all of a sudden I cannot view 99% web pages wirelessly or via an ethernet cable. I have had to revert back to the Alcatel Speedtouch USB modem which works ok, other than the odd times when I cannot get a connection but rebooting the computer and taking the phone off the hook seems to rectify this!!

So to explain more indepth about the Voyager problem:
I can reach the Google page and search results page and what seems strange I can view bank/building society websites such as HSBC, Nationwide, Barclays, but if I try my usual websites ie: youtube, ebay, fishing websites etc the green data stays solid - the page loading bar with go a third away along but the selected page will never load.

Orange have done a line test and "say all is ok"!!?? BT Voyager helpline are confused and I have even tried a NetGear wireless modem with still the same problems as the Voyager router.

Could it be a problem with the firewall on the router, I have done a reset with the Voyager and then gone to bt.com/gta to reconnect the router which says it's connected and I have deleted cookies disabled Norton firewall to test.

Sorry to ramble but I tried to give all the information I can, albeit not very concise
Thanks in advance to anyone that may be able to help.

Have you tried a different web browser;
Download firefox and give it a try.

The "taking the phone off the hook se..." may be a symptom on a open high resistance fault (a loose connection on the phone line). Try connecting to the test socket and see if things improve.
