Question Disable Vista UAC?

Hi is it possible to disable & not delete in 'User Account Controls' ? (VISTA premium) & how pls?

Appreciate any help

When in doubt look in the Vista help & support, under 'user account controls'............

The first item on the help list is " Turn user account control on or off "......was that too difficult to follow ?

When I turn this off it still asks for password on start up? I thought UAC was just for any changes like installing/changing programs & not just for cancelling a account?

Computer startup or logging in as one of the named users ?

If at computer startup, you'll need to disable it in the BIOS.

If as a user, you only need to 'manage' the user account to remove the p/w.

If some other way, please explain in as much detail as you can.

if u want to remove the password login then remove the password from the user settings in the control panel. In many ways its still like winxp

One day i shall release an automatic update to stupid people over the internet fixing several problems.

1 - Give them ability to use Google
2 - Give them ability to provide information.
3 - Remove the assumption that clever people are mind readers
