Hi
recently installed a new speedtouch wireless router when we upgraded aol account because netgear dg834g router stopped working. didn't take long for me to realise what a complete pile of s**t this router is. ethernet works fine, but wireless is awful. whenever i use my pc (wireless netgear wg311) upstairs i'm always having to 'repair connection' because it cannot find an ip address, although once connected it works ok. since yesterday cannot find ip address at all, even though it has a good signal. want to go back to using netgear router cos never had any problems with it, but had no luck setting it up myself so need help does anyone have a guide to setting up this router with aol please ![]() thanks Mark |

On my nightmare AOL job today one support bloke said that you need 01473******@dialbb.com and another 'support' call centre drone said you need 01473******A@dialbb.com so which is it? hmm try both
![]() The MTU size is set in the WAN Setup page of the Netgear config |
