MP3 Won't play?
Hi an MP3 I uploaded from previous PC won't play ? Pop up says ' An audio codec is needed to play this file - to determine if this available download from the web' Seems to be just the one track?
Using Windows Media Player 11 which is updated. Just checking this isn't a scam & safe to click on web link? Appreciate any help Thx

Could be the file got corrupted in the upload process, but try running it through GSpot: http://www.headbands.com/gspot/
It'll tell you what codec it needs and whether you have it installed.

Hi cheers............... seems to be MPEG-1(50) & a common problem with Vista Premium according to a few searches? Is only this one MP3 track out of hundreds
