Nokia Music Shop Problems For Ex MSN Customer

Sadly MSN Music Dowloads has closed down, taken over by Nokia who have now launched the Nokia Music Shop for PC. As an ex customer I received an e-mail from Nokia inviting me register with them. As they had taken over all of MSNs extensive titles I decided to join them. I wish it were that simple.

Every time I try to install the software I get the message 'FAILED: NETWORK ERROR'. I use a laptop running Vista Home Premium, I have also tried my PC running XP Pro all with the same results. I even tried to download the US, Italian and Spanish versions of the software but the outcome was the same.

I have posted on the Nokia forum and it seems I am not alone with this problem. Has anyone here had a similar experience or can advise?
