I have a new laptop and, using Windows Mail, I can send emails but not send them. I have read the talktalk email help and everything is set up correctly - help!?

You can what?
Do you mean that you can RECEIVE but cannot SEND? Are you actually logged onto TalkTalk or are you logged onto another ISP?

I started using talktalk on the 22nd July after switching from BT. I was unable to get any broadband signal for some time after that and then when I did it was only intermittant. I contacted you and after alot of rigmarole conducted a series of speed tests. Something was changed your end and the signal improved for a few days. Since then the signal you provide has been so weak after about 10.00 in the morning I find it is taking 20 minutes to get into my on line banking account or any other website. In the afternoon I cannot get into any website. I just tried 19 times to get into my home page and it has taken me 9 attemts to get into my mail. I cannot get into Kent Libraries either. I not going through all the bother of doing time tests again. Can you please put it right, now as I consider you are taking my money under false pretences and will stop the direct debit until I get the service I am entitled to. I never had any bother with BT at all and bitterly regret changing to you.
