BT2700 V6 help

Hi,
How can I limit the bandwidth to an X-Box connected to a BT2700 V6 router. Everytime my son is on it, I am unable to connect

There is a throttle on the hub but it effects everyone so isnt much use.

How is the xbox connecting to the hub ? If its wifi then you can limit that just go to wifi settings and change it from 54 to 18 or 5 etc
