Default Service message?

My wife received a Sevice Message last night from 'Cheeky Mobile Portal' with a link 'www.iportplus.com'. It seems as if the Cowboys have found another was round unsolicited texts as her T-Mobile account has a block on short codes.

There are many posts about Cheeky Mobile Portal dating back over a year but not all are sent by Sevice Message, though none have been sent by short code, odd? Most have been sent by normal text numbers, for example;

+447500585717
+447500585768
+447774200945
+447760353503
+447881753061

The link is 'www.iportplus.com' with several letters to follow which will obviously take you to some dubious site

The registration of this web address is quite amusing and yet they are allowed to get away with it. Another example of the lack of regulation of the PR industry:

Many of the posts that I found were from Vodafone accounts, some were business/corporate customers but there were posts from all the other networks.

So yet again one year later no one cares! I wonder how many people have clicked on the link and have paid the price?
