Default FTTC - BT Infinity

My exchange is enabled for Fibre Optic but my ISP 'Be There' seem to be dragging their feet about offering a service.

Anyone know what the BT 'Infinity' service is like?

I'm tempted by the nice fast fibre, but very wary of going with BT
