LAN Netwrok Setup with 2 Internet Connections

Hi,

I googled and found this forum useful. here is my problem.



I have following setup & equipments:

A database server (Win2003)
A proxy server (WinXP with Wingate as proxy) with two LAN Cards
WiFi D-Link transmeter
A PTCL DSL Modem with 4MB connection
A Wateen Wireless Connection
A LAN 16 port Switch
15 Client PCs

Existing Network Setup:


All clients are connected to LAN switch (16 ports switch) having an IP 100.0.1.x / 255.0.0.0
Database Server IP is 100.0.1.56
Network (Proxy) Server IP is 100.0.1.20

Problem/Issue:

Network Server has two (2) LAN cards one for IN (PTCL DSL or Wateen ) and One is being used as Output to LAN Switch.
I have to reconfigure Proxy server every time when i want to switch internet connection DSL to Wateen.
LAN network is very slow even PC near 5 Feet.


What i want to have is:

use both connections (PTCL & Wateen) at the same time and remove proxy server.
i want to connect my other PCs which are more than 100 meters away from my servers location.

at the same time i want to use Wateen as incoming and outgoing only for my emails (company email ids configured with outlook express) and rest of the traffic to PTCL DSL connection.

Please help me.
