Mr.Hamlet do u know this sites http://31.186.83.228/report.php# can u tell me who owns that please ,by the way i have worked for this agent skype acct. jam.sim1 he offered me 44 uk numbers and promises to pay me but after working with him he did not pay me a cent and now he removed me from his contact list i may say this person is a scammer and i hope no one falls to him again . i really need help can u give me uk premium company or maybe a reseller will do who guarantees payment thanks.

If you combine these bits of information you may come to the conclusion that a polish based NOVANET could be related to the aforementioned IP. There are many companies using the name "Novanet", one of them is www.novanet-usa.com
They can be linked to a polish name related to the Premium Rate Number Business, but I'm too unsure about it to post his name. Use Google!
