Adventure Games

Hi Peeps, I love adventure games that are puzzle solving rather than fighting. I have thoroughly enjoyed Simon the Sorcerer games and Discworld ones too. I enjoy the C.S.I. games and Murder solving ones. I've tried the Harry Potter ones, but can't fly a broomstick to save my life.
I have now run out of games to play.
Does anyone here know of any new/not mentioned games for the PC that I might like?

Have you tried any of the Broken Sword series, my wife and daughter are playing the first one in the series, they seem to like it a lot.

Have you played Black & White? Although it isn't really new. There's a tad bit of fighting in it as well

If you can find a copy and can get it to work on Windows XP, The 7th Guest, I loved that game, will have you going for hours

There is so many types of 7th guest game video game, moby game which type which type you want to suggest.

Another game I was really into, but never finished was "Dragonsphere" must look it up and see if I can get a new copy

Hiya.

Have you ever tried HOG ( Hidden Object Games ) games, some of those are quite adventurous, puzzle solving, mystery games, although some are not up to my standard.

They can take from a couple of hours to a few days to complete. All have hidden object scenes, whereby you have to find the objects from a list that are in a screen shot to obtain an item that can be used to solve another puzzle or the item may be one part of a set of items to fix a machine, open a door or whatever. Others may just be repetitive hog scenes and mini puzzles, which I dont really like.

I find them fairly entertaining and keeps my one grey cell active.

You can get many from Big Fish Games as a trial or download the full version at a cost, or google the games and possibly find them cheaper at places like Amazon, car boots, etc.

Yeah....one of the olde ones....but good fun
....and I hated that I'd never finished it after getting soooooo far
Now I HAVE completed it, I can put it behind me
