Question Virginmedia email

Could someone please let me know what, to put in the incoming and outgoing settings for Virgin mail? To get it picked up from my e-mail client.

Many thanks centaur, I use incredimail, which is on there list. I have to add it manually. I went to this settings page, typed them in and it didn't work! Maybe I'm copying the outgoing and incoming settings wrong! Just hoped someone with Virginmedia.com could take a look in there mail client. I do off course have windows mail, never used it though.

Sorry that didn't work Twinkle, I don't know if the Virgin settings are different for cable customers or if your email address/es are actually Virgin or Blueyonder, but either of them should work in POP mail.

See if this link is better :

Thanks Centaur,
I had a bloke from Virgin he used "let me in" I remember him filling in imap. Then my comp crashed! Had to do recovery now, just putting everything back on comp! so; none the wiser about adding my e-mail address! maybe; someone else whom uses viginmedia.com and incredimail might know. Just have to use old addy for now.
