Question Re: Tips to Break Oversized Outlook PST File

Why not use the built-in Archive feature of Outlook?

Thumbs up Re: Tips to Break Oversized Outlook PST File

If you're looking for easy solutions for splitting PST files into multiple smaller parts, I have something best for you. Instead of using a paid PDF Split tool, you can try few easy manual tricks. Microsoft Outlook supports few built-in features and functions which you can use to transfer mailbox data from one PST file to other new PST files. You can read the blog post shared below for more information:

Easy Way to Split PST File into Multiple Smaller Parts | N. Sem's Blog

You should only try professional PDF Split software when the manual tricks fail or don't work for you. But before purchasing any such paid tool, you must download demo version for free evaluation. I hope the shared information would be helpful here.

Thanks and best regards.

Users can also go for PST Splitter Tool which can split large PST file in few mouse clicks with Split pst recovery software that has multiple splitting options and split file without data losing.

It uses its own PST splitter to avoid the risk of corruption of PST files due to the issue of being over-sized. Efficiently splits a large PST file into smaller and manageable PSTs, based on specified PST split criterion, such as Date, Size, Mail Id, and Folder.

It also supports splitting PST files created using MS Outlook 2000, 2002 (XP), 2003, 2007, and above versions.
