Question anyone tried swapoo

I thought I'd give it a quick whirl, but shouldve been put off by the lack of information on the site, http://www.swapoo.com/home I was however lulled into a false sense of security by the words 'does not contain spyware' which it said somewhere..

I think they might find it does, or at least some weird adware, it installed an executable in the windows folder called 'SystemUpd.exe' - which runs every time you boot, uninstalling swapoo doesn't remove it (hummm) it connects and downloads a couple of files from the swapoo site ... I removed it from the registry and the folder (manually)

As for the actual 'file sharing app', no searches I tried found any matches, I'm not even sure it did anything, seemed to return from a search way too quickly to be looking for anything...
