Can any body help me i live in an old house with thick walls and bought the above router i have flashed the memory and have increased the power to 10 but i dont appear to have received any increase in signal strength how can i check what power the unit is transmitting and is there a particular sp file i should use if so where can i download it from.
The router is approx 40 foot from netgear wireless doggle the original speed was abot 5 8th now it is only 5-6 8th Please help me i am new to this router |

Please help me
I am new to this router I am trying to increase the wifi power output and have flashed the router with recovery_425.2sp which gave the power options of 1 - 10 however i cannot see any benefit by choosing option 10 is there any way i can monitor the output under 1 2 etc so i can see which setting produces the most power. Or do i have to use a specific sp file and if so where can i download it from many Thanks |
