Default 2Wire 2700HGV & Sky Broadband

Hi, sorry I'm new and just want to know if 2wire 2700HGV can work on Sky Broadband, If so how can I go about installing it. Any help will highly be appreciated. Thanks

Yep it will, but you will have to extract your username and pass from your Netgear router first

Thanks for your msg and the link, I'm confused!! but what do you meant about extracting the username and password on the Netgear router? How can go about doing that? Thanks

echo9984 I presume? Sorry it's a Sagem and not a Zyxel as I stated before



ADSL Username and Password

To obtain PPPoA authentication information (which is annoyingly hidden from you on the Sky branded router unless you choose to revert your firmware back to a NETGEAR version) enter the following:

http://192.168.0.1/setup.cgi?todo=pi...ww/netgear.cfg

To view the output, click the following link and open the netgear.cfg file in a text editor such as Notepad or WordPad on Windows and TextEdit or TextWrangler on Mac OS X:
