Default 2700HGV Problem

Can any one tell me what this means:

Troubleshooting DSL Diagnostics

DSL Line (Wire Pair): Line 1 (inner pair)
Downstream Rate Cap: 8128 kbps
Downstream Atten. at 300kHz: 44.8 dB

Uncancelled Echo: 35.8 dB Suspicious - check phone filters and alarm
VCXO Frequency Offset: 6.3 ppm Ok
Final Rx Gain: 28.3 dB Ok
Impulse Noise Comp. Tones: 0 Ok
Excessive Impulse Noise: 0 Ok
Impulse noise protection: 2.17
Delay of latency path: 16.00 ms

My dsl has been up & down all night !!

I have changed my filters, but I still get the error !!
