Thumbs down Call me an old cynic . . .

I think Sir Richard Branson seriously needs to fire the person responsible for telling me 3 or 4 weeks ago that my broadband speed was going to doubled for FREE - then today advising that cost of my Virgin Media package was co-incidently and quite unrelated GOING UP BY 3.50 A MONTH!
Even if the one has no bearing on the other, the talent for strategic planning evidently passed someone by to a degree that light years would have to be used to measure it!
Really must take another look at Freeview . . .

I know its such a pain, I am with a brilliant internet provider now but the service I had with Orange was dire, hence why I wont now enter any contracts because theres nothing worse than being stuck with a company who can do as they please for a whole year!

Its really true because When you are signing an internet contract, you are entering a legal agreement to pay the charges depending on the terms and conditions till contract ends.
