I am showing a high ID on connection to emule ed2k Network - but a low ID on Donkey server No2 - how can I improve this?
Also the web interface is disabled - can I enable this and if so will it help my download speed?

look at the little icon bottom right - does it have green arrows round it?

check your connection using the emule checkers - see the section titled "Dont pen your emule in" from <thread>:Emule tweak + tips guide

if both the arrows are green then you have lowid (on both kad + emule server)

the web interface is so you can control it via the web interface - is generally used if you want to control the client across the network - i.e. it doesn't effect the download speed - really you should check out the manual / help pages on emule-project.net as it explains a lot of stuff quite well

you'll likely have to open up the kad port - as you did the emule ones,.

that or press re-test firewall,. kad can't always work out it isn't firewalled
