Default how to connect 2 netgear DG834G routers to virgin modem

hi there

looking for advice on connecting 2 netgear DG834G routers to virgin coax/ethernet modem.
1 netgear will be connected by lan cable to virgin modem.
the other netgear will connect via wireless.
each netgear box will have 2 pcs connected by lan cable.
is this possible? also would it be possible for laptop to connect to this rig via wireless?

thanks for any help.
