Interesting regarding leaving TalkTalk

Having an issue that was resolved in Octobe, to have it resurface again this month I entered into another repeatative round n being insulted by their call centre, passed from one to another having repaetedly going over the same details, do they not employ people capable of compiling a customer data base or compliaints actions list.

When asked (repeatedly asked) to be transferred to their cancellation department, was told, they do not work on a Saturday, come on who do they think they are, then passed onto another who every time I asked to be transferred to the cancellation team was offerred a discount off my payments for th enext 3 months.

So strange in that I am outside of contract to be denied access to the cancellation team

seperate call placed to be connected with the cancellation team, yet again offerred a 6 month privalges discount payment contract

What I am doing, I going to some other provider, they can chase and do what they wish, I am not the one preventing cancellation
