Question TESCO Broadband- Ombudsman Question?

Hi All,
My Tesco Broadband is * * * * I have had nothing but issues. The complaint was raised to customer complaints and she said if I am not happy go to the Ombudsman. Has anyone gone that far with them before? If so what happened?

Have you followed the Tesco complaints procedure fully?

Maybe you should ask them for a "deadlock" letter


Maybe it would be helpful tomake a case summary here and indicate the issues you feel you need to raise with the Ombudsman.

Have you completed searches to find if others are having the same problems you are experiencing?
