Default Barking Mad

The lastest waste of public money on lawyers

The claim against Muddersley ( a Labour Council) by the owner of a car damaged by a falling lampost is now the result of unprecedented legal actions and counter claims.

When the cause of the lamp post falling was found to be corrosion of the concrete by dog urine the Council organised a stake out.

The lamp post is outside the house of "Rex" . "Rex" was found to be the most frequent user of the lamp post and the Council observers recorded that as a Great Dane he was also the largest of the dogs urinating up the lamp post concerned.

Mr ********, Rex's owner, states he is being treated unfairly and has said that he has seen Alsatians from the area also cocking their legs up at the lamp post outside his house.

Mr ******** claims that the Council should be claiming against the lamp post manufacturers for failing to make their concrete urine resistant.

Is it the lamp post George Formby leaned against?
I think we should be told!

I have a 'Rex' living next door to me and he is 'barking mad' in the early hours and it's getting on my nerves.

Pisces you are entitled to contact the owner and let him know this is disturbing you.

If the problem is not sorted out then you can make a complaint to the local Environmental Health Department.

If other people are affected to it's good to involve them as well.

There is an additional point if you click on the Full Story link in my first post ........

I knew that. There isn't a Muddersley local authority in England. In my opinion, the authority with the most similar-sounding name to Muddersley is Middlesbrough Borough Council.

My garden fox has been making alot of noise the last week. I didn't know foxes even made such noises! I think he's been standing under our bedroom window, serenading us in appreciation for the table scraps we have been feeding him,, whereas, Sil says he is just looking for a mate

Actually - there is a Middleton-on-Sea parish council in West Sussex - though it doesn't have a web site. I think "Middletown City" sounds a bit similar to Muddersley - Middletown City New York and Middletown City Ohio - though maybe that's not the right country. Not that anyone can tell the difference these days.
