get rid of T-Mobile startup on E820 HELP!

Hi -

I have an e820 which I've unlocked from T-Mobile to use on BT Mobile here in the UK. However, I get an annoying T-Mobile startup screen and loud jingle whenever I power on or power off.

None of the settings seem to turn this off, and the jingle is so loud!!

Cab anyone help me to get rid of this, or at least to mute the jingle so I don't wake up the whole street every time I power up??

all u have to to get a prog called puk man an u will be able to chose which start up an shutdown u wantand delete any an all locked pic/ vid/ sounds on ur phone

Any ideas where I can get this program as I have tried looking for it on google etc.
