Same problem here. All fine for about the last 3 years then since about christmas time disconnections all the time. Called i don't know how many times first they tried to tell me it was the filter and or cabble. Then it was the phone line had bt engineer out 3 times phone line ok. Then it was speedtouch modem so i purchased a router same problem. Waste of money. Just called them again for MAC code only to be told "That departmen's closed on a Sunday." Said i'll call back tomorrow "Oh that's a Bank Holiday better to try Tuesday." Are they taking the ****. Can't wait to be rid of them.
