BT 2700HGV Firewall Monitor and Content Screening Missing

Hi,

I just did a factory reset from management mode and the firewall monitor is no longer available. Is this something to do with the key? Can anyone help me?

Take it you have applied the poison again. They might very well reappear on your next reboot

thanks patioheater. I have tried that but the firewall monitor and content screening still wont show.

I also cannot see "check my updates" (or whatever it's called) on the main page.

Anybody know why?
