Rogers said. It noted that the consumer group cited relatively few complaints, and it's very rare for customers to receive unsolicited premium text messages because they must opt in twice.
http://www.techmediareports.ca/repor...arketing_rules The company believes that it's only logical the CRTC include SMS/MMS as part of the UTR because it would help the wireless operators save money from having to remove the charges from customers' bills.
