slow bt broadband.
this is my first post, so bear with me.
i have bt broadband, and we are supposed to get "up to" 8 mb. just before posting i did a speedtest and got, 1324ms ping, 0.06 mbps download, and 0.05 mbps upload. i feel this is quite slow?!?!?!? can anyone help me on how to speed up my broadband, bearing in mind i havent got a clue about all the technical terms etc... thanks

Hello and welcome to The Scream.
Have a read of THIS thread and check your speed when connected to the BT master socket as described there. If your speed is still poor, you'll need to complain to BT and get them to investigate.
