Petty cash fine, should have at least 2 more noughts on the end of that.
We can see who's side Ofcom are on and how these scamming companies get away with it.

It seems that Ofcom gave them some credit for reimbursing customers and making some 'goodwill' payments.
Having been a customer of Tiscali, I can vouch for the hopeless and ignorant 'customer service' and the tortuous and frustrating efforts to get them to acknowledge their mistakes in billing after cancellation. I have since joined TT after moving house, and their service and response to this customer's queries have been dealt with promptly and courteously. I have no other connection with them other than as a customer.

lol.,. I remember billing errors from tiscali going back to the start of ADSL in the UK,. at some point they have got to work out how to setup a billing system?!
