I have two accounts and my wife has one with Onetel and for many months we have not been able to send emails through their outgoing server and need to do this with our gmail accounts.
This wasn't always the case as we have been with Onetel since those early days when the company was run by Australians. The irony is that we can use the Onetel POP server on our iphones. I have contacted Onetel several times and they tell me that there is nothing wrong with their server as they can send messages via Mailzone. But the fact remains that despite the setting being correct (and the same as on the phones) we still cannot send via their server. We both use Mac's on OSX. Anyone experienced similar problems or can offer any solution? |

Yes I have exactly the same problem - I can not even connect to the Onetel Mailzone
I have been with Onetel (now TalkTalk) for years and although not startling it has been pretty reliable on the whole (it slows down terribly in the early evenings) |
