Hi! Jenonnet, Sorry to hear, that your work has been made unbearable by chap at work. I do so hope you have a happy retirement.
 5yrs today since hubby passed at 62 I so was looking for more years in our retirement for happy times together. Make the best out of every day if you can.

Sorry to hear that Twinkle, that's the thing people look forward to when they've retired, being able to spend time together. My dad died at 54, so my mam never got chance to do that either, she lived until she was 72 and missed him every day. That's why I keep telling my partner that we need to take the chance now while we've got it, as you never know what's round the corner.
 The bully boss at work surprisingly enough isn't a bloke, it's a woman!! She makes everyone's life a misery but makes sure she doesn't do anything you could really get her sacked for and most of the staff are too frightened to do anything about it anyway. One member of staff did put a letter of complaint in but nothing was done about it, her line manager, who dealt with the complaint, just wrote back saying that he had investigated it and said that since working with her he didn't think she was like that at all. The problem is she's very clever that way and is completely different with him than she is with us.  That's why I'm leaving 2 years early, can't stick it any more. Off work this week, getting the rest of the house sorted to put on the market. Just hope it makes enough to cover what we owe. Have a good week, whatever you're doing.

Your boss sounds very sneaky and yes they are clever at cover up. Wishing you you all the best on the house sale, hope it gives you enough to have a lovely retirement with your beloved.
