I have a working BT Voyager 220v and a spare with power supply I just bought off ebay. The power supply is good; I'm using it now with my working router.
When I apply power to the "new" router - various lights come on for about 30 secs, then go out. Try a reset; same thing. Plug in an ethernet cable and the pc complains it's not connected. I'm new to all of this and have no idea how a bricked router would behave. Could this be it? |

There is no "definitive" answer, which is probably why noone has replied yet. Have you tried to ping it? Does it reply? I'd say my curiosity on this issue is satisfied. I have one working BT Voyager 220v (sucessfully hacked to work with any isp) and two working power supplies. |
