Mr Swift was registered as one of the directors of T1 from 1997 to 2004 and giving an address in "GREAT DUNMOW ESSEX". This makes him one of the candidates to be the person who was taking all the complaints from the legendary "Great Dunmow Postbox" used for scams ("you have won ... dial ...") in many countries. Although the German police has done something and then the German police called it an investigation about the "Dusseldorf connection", it obviously was something else than what I would call an investigation... So nobody knows who was the postman for the fraudsters.
