Billing Errors
Check your bill
I'm on Anytime calls boost but still pay for some calls but their total was 17.35 and it actually adds up to 15.35! I complained and they are giving me a credit of £12.69 on my next bill. I'm also on 100 mobile minutes boost. I then get charged after the 100 mins except on the bill they started charging me for calls after 60 mins. I did get credited for these also. So phone and ask for credit every month! has ayone else seen errors in the totals on their bill?
