NHS UK BABY SUNAINA WEBSITE
Campaign update for NHS UK Baby Sunaina 31/05/2002 1. Today, 31/05/02, In the Court of Appeal, Adoko vs Freeserve.com plc, Lord Justice Mummary ruled that Freeserve did not act unlawfully when they shut down the website about Baby Sunaina's alleged murder by NHS doctors. Under the terms and conditions of service, ISP's can shut down websites if they are perceived to cause anxiety or annoyance. Dr Adoko, the legal representative of the Baby Sunaina case, intends to take the case to the European Court of Human Rights. 2. On 31/05/2002, aunt and mother of Baby Sunaina (deceased) met Deputy Chief Executive of Great Ormond Street Hospital, Mr Roger Harris, to request the minutes of the secret Ethics Committee Meetings, where baby Sunaina's future was discussed several times before her alleged murder. Previous attempts for this information have so far failed. 3. Also today 31/05/2002, aunt and mother of Baby Sunaina (deceased) met with Mr K Moore, Clerk to the justices, Redbridge Family Proceeding court, to request the file held by them about the two hearings held there about Baby Sunaina. The first, on 20/10/2000, a secret ex-parte hearing where social workers were given powers to remove Sunaina's parents from the hospital where Baby Sunaina was admitted. Doctors perjured in the application they ordered Social Workers to make, abusing of the provisions of the Children's Act to an inpatient at King George Hospital. It was during this time and during a second hearing, that baby Sunaina died suddenly whilst an application by the parents was to be heard , to overturn the Emergency Protection Order, that would expose the perjury of the doctors and social workers a week earlier. The mother, before she was forced out of the hospital cubicle by two social workers and two Police officers, had prevented many previous attempts by doctors to kill the baby. The baby aged 5 months was allegedly killed a day after plans for discharge home. Yesterday, 30/05/2002, in the High Court, before Lord Justice Barton, the case of Berry & Chaudhari vs Walthamstow Coroners Court, court 28, permission to apply for judicial review of the Coroner's inquest was refused. Dr Adoko, legal representative intends to appeal. A doctor admitted in an inquest on 11 September 2001, that Baby Sunaina died as a result of being poisoned by the doctors. There is further evidence of drowning and suffocation which were ignored at the inquest. International publicity campaigns are sought to break chains which are in place that cover-up routine NHS murders for financial, scientific, research, budget and discriminatory reasons, starting with a research organisation and ending with the Coroner and the British Courts. Im sorry, but as an ex-nurse, and someone who has worked in the caring profession for many years, I find this post and poster inflammatory, offensive, and after reading the website, utterly below contempt!!
Whilst I appreciate that a family has lost a child, the actions of this family are despicable!! Why are they trying to frighten people out of seeking medical care? Do they not realise that there are folk out there who are gullible enough to believe the utter claptrap printed on that site, and who might seriously endanger their own health for fear of being "killed off"?? (their words, not mine) By all means, grieve for your loss, take up a complaint with the proper authorities if you feel it is justified, but do not ram this inflammatory and libellous heap of rubbish down peoples necks!!! I hope your website gets closed down - I for one will be making a complaint about it, I hope others do too!! A quote from this delightful site: BUDGET NHS KILLINGS: When a hospital ward or department has over-run its budget and long-term patients are killed off. Trace *steamingly angry*

When I read this post I suspected there was a troll at work.
Agree with your conclusions astral p and that Freeserve's decision in this case was absolutely correct. I'm convinced Freeserve, my ISP, do not take censorship issues lightly.

I'm an ex nurse too and I completely agree with Astral but it hasn't made me angry. Had the writer stuck to the story of the day it might have been believable but as they've gone totally overboard and talked total nonsense, the whole site is discredited. Nobody in their right mind would believe any of what you quoted.
