If Anyone has experienced problems with the freeserve connection kit I would be greatfull if you would let me know.
Problems I am mainly looking at is the inclusion of the pay as you go 0845 number being included in a monthly subscribed account connection kit. Freeserve have told me to remove the kit as they are now looking into my claim that the kit does indeed if left unattended dial up this 0845 number. Anyone interested in contacting me must have proof that the connection kit actually dialed the number (ie) the number on your phone bill? If you can prove this then please do not hesitate to contact me asap. contact email kat2uk2000@yahoo.co.uk If freeserve do not remove this number I will take it to the next stage which is through the legal system ISPA are also aware of my complaint.
