Default contextualsearch and other crap

mmkay so first off, I am new here and have checked some topics here that have helped me a lot this week, but I am still finding trouble in getting rid of this one: "contexual search" when I open my browser it runs a second browser in my mainbrowser. for an example, click here

I checked with panda virus scanner: nothing found
spybot can't find the thing, adaware 6.0, same thing nothing found
and the hijack this log says this, but as I know barely nothing of what it says I don't know what to check and delete and I have a feeling that also other programs or spyware is running on my pc and slowing it down

Open the Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs applet and uninstall Webex if it appears.

Run Hijack This! again and have it fix the following items marked in red:

Reboot and delete the C:\Program Files\Webex folder.

I have little or no info on the items marked in blue. Can you throw any light on these?

Reboot, run HJT again and post another log.

As far as running processes are concerned, AUTOUPDATE.EXE and it's folder must be removed and SYSAI.EXE and it's folder must be removed. These probably won't be accessible via the Add/Remove programs applet and will need to be manually deleted in Safe Mode.

I can't figure out why they don't show in the startup log.
Run a virus scan from http://housecall.antivirus.com

ok will do the remarks you pointed out, for the blue ones, I only have notice of mailalert: it's a program for my outlookaccount so I don't need to check it over and over again, quite handy to be honest. Concerning thos software bias things in blue, I see them also in my windows map in windows explorer, and everytime I close my internetsession I see more of them appearing in the windows folder. But first things first, do the things you said and I'll get back to you on this.
thnx
Peter

I've also installed spywareguard and it says it can restore the contextual search as I removed in with hijcakthis in normal and in safe mode but the passthrough thing for contextual search keeps bugging me, although it doesn't show in the log anymore and when I let spywareguard restore it I have no problems with contextual search anymore in my browser, still, it keeps appearing everytime I restart my PC.

I had (Probably wrongly regarding a few items) assumed that:
That you had read other threads regarding spyware removal
That your ISP is Telenet Internet
That you use Sonique, Sibelius, ICQ, Yahoo Messenger and MSN
That your OS is not UK or US

Forgive me if I'm wrong.

I'll paste the usual preliminary advice that I give:

Ensure that your AV is up to date and run a full scan. Also run one of the online scans such as Housecall.

Download the hijack pack and Spybot S&D.

Extract all files to a folder of your choice.

Empty all temp and temporary internet files.

Disable any System Restore or Goback type software that you may have installed.

Update and run CWShredder and fix anything that it finds. Reboot and run it again until it gives the all clear.

Now install, update and run Spybot S&D. Fix anything that it finds, reboot and run again. Repeat this until it's all clear.

If you've already followed the above proceedure, I'll post a list of what to fix as soon as you confirm.

If you haven't followed the above, please do so but also download Ad-Aware, install, update and run it.
After doing all of the above, reboot and run HJT! and post a fresh log.
