Speedtouch 330 problems (again!)
I recently signed up to tesco broadband and initially had no problems, however when I start the computer up it seems hit or miss whether it detects the speedtouch 330 modem, it says usb device not recognised.
If you repeatedly unplug and plug in the modem, eventually it will recognise it and you are able to connect but i'd rather not go through this everytime I want to get online! has anybody got any suggestions on how to rectify this or has anybody had any similar problems?
