tesco an xbox live

right ive been tryin to connect to xbox live with tesco broadband i keep getting dns errors

I put in the dns and it still says i got dns errors but i kno they are right cos i look on many sites an they all gave me the same dns settings to put in

Ive tryed geting a router an the one i got just didnt work with tesco i really need some help from ppl who have connected to xbox live with tesco broadband an tell me what they did to make it work tell me what router they got because i dont wana have to pay £100 to cancel an change isp any help wud be great thanks

yes hello you may need better internet connection tesco is not powerful... you may need to go onto aol or btinternet thanks

As far as i know, an ISP not being "powerful enough" would not cause you to get DNS errors.
