Sorry - wasn't meant to be cryptic. The rats'n'wine was a display in the Zofingen museum. A very strange museum - only open two hours per week - and the most eclectic mix of exhibits you can imagine. The mountain top is a popular tourist spot near Luzern. Pilatus. You can see a web cam:
