Recent adjudications and reviews
The Tribunal did not impose an additional fine in respect of the service provider's breach history, in view of the service provider's current compliance activity. |

Information Provider IMS Limited
Service Provider Zamano Limited Summary PhonepayPlus received over 130 consumer complainants in respect of a service, which provided a facility to make phone calls or send text messages, for a 'bundled' fee of £12 per month for calls and £3 a week for texts. Bingos.com is sold to Monstermob?
Oh my God. Mr Gavin Roger Whyte http://www.netplaytv.plc.uk/netplayt...pe=news&ref=78 "Mr. Whyte is currently a director of the following companies: ... Rubberduck Consulting Limited" see http://www.the-scream.co.uk/forums/s...uck#post207548 we are moving in circles, knowing too much. They are doing business as usual. Nobody cares. Who sold Bingos.com to Netplay? Bingos.com is owned and operated by Global Gaming Entertainment, a registered company located in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles. The acquisition is being funded by way of a conditional equity placing of
40,000,000 new ordinary shares at 15 pence each. Martin Higginson, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NetPlay, has conditionally invested £1,987,500, taking his total interest to 25.64 per cent.* of the enlarged share capital. In addition, Zed Worldwide (Zed), the Spanish mobile entertainment company, has conditionally invested £1,987,500 giving them an interest in 11.2 per cent. of the enlarged share capital. Furthermore, conditional investments have been made by Gartmore Investment Limited and Schroder Investment Management Limited of £1,425,000 and £600,000 respectively. After the issuing of the placing shares, Gartmore is expected to hold 8 per cent., and Schroders 10.6 per cent., of the enlarged share capital. ![]() do you remember this? http://www.the-scream.co.uk/forums/s...548#post207548 There is an answer out there. I still don't have it. I possibly never will. But the answer could be found. Mirror investigative could find it. Or BBC. Or the NHTCU. Or the district attorney of Bonn, Germany. The last is still looking for an answer, as far as I know. Not in the UK, not in BVI. Only in Duesseldorf. What a pity.

There have been anonymous reports in Germany that Lanetra/Zed was billing people illegally, but the story never had an update. It was buried.
Monstermob... So it seems as if we are talking about the same network that was involved when the Tortola companies have sent their illegal texts about "prizes" that have been won? And they have bought bingos.com from the other gang? Mob = Mafia. It's a mobile mafia? A mobmob?

75% of what? I think silentgenius does not mean all adjudications. MBlox is in the Top Ten of adjudications in 2008, for sure.

[offtopic - Netplay TV/Quantum Factory]
Netplay TV Spain SL = Quantum Factory SL they have a website www.qquantum.com The whois is funny Registrant: Quantum SL +34.971438377 1. Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca [=Mallorca Railway] Ctra. Valldemossa S/N, 07120 SON SARDINA Telefon: 971438377 Quantum is a marketing and technology company, pioneer in the electronic commerce sector, offering profitable solutions to advertisers and marketing departments in order to obtain a higher return on their investments. And another interesting whois: bingo.de http://centralops.net/co/DomainDossi...rue&go1=Submit German domains need an admin in Germany. Here it is: Lidia P* c/o visium Medien GmbH Willy Brandt Allee 31b 23554 Lübeck Lidia P* is possibly a relative to Theo P* from peweb.com in the Netherlands. That's one of the reasons why you find that name in the domains of other companies, too for example Middleton Holdings, Don Road St Helier Channel Islands on hipp-pc.com where one could find lovely rogue diallers from the Danish Dialler Mafia. Jokomo Media Digital Web Media (--> Hamburg court case, run by M*S*P* from Mallorca - the smiling flyer) Comet Media Ltd Of course this could be coincidence. But it isn't. ---------- I KNEW IT Quantum Factory SL is now known as NETPLAY TV SPAIN SL and was formerly known as... B-57161366 = PREMIUM MEDIA COMMUNICATION This is unbelievable... http://www.parliament.the-stationery...t/51219w12.htm Rogue Dialling

It's history... but...
if any UK victims of dialler fraud wants to see the guys that made the sites with the fraudulent diallers here we go... (W* O* V* B*, of spanish/dutch nationality is still with Quantum, he was also responsible for domain management - this may explain the fact that most of the danish-spanisch domains are registered in the Netherlands) http://www.linkedin.com/in/waldito http://personal.telefonica.terra.es/...onlinecvs.html http://www.mola.com/backup/onlinecvs.html# On his mola.com he says that he is renting the domain Can I use mola.com for anything? --- another one... What is "International lines management"? http://www.linkedin.com/in/auroramerinosalas
