One for all the legal eagles.
I have fully comp Car insurance which covers me for any vehicle with owners permission. My daughters moped needs an MOT in 3 days time but she is unable to get it to the garage for its MOT, so my question is would any vehicle also include a moped so I could take it for its MOT? She has 3rd PFT on the moped DD |

I think this can vary according to your policy wording DD, best to double check with your Insurer on that one. One thing to note is that even where you are covered to drive other people's vehicles with their permission your cover is reduced to Third Party Only for that trip.

If you do ride the moped try not to crash it into your own parked car. I think the paperwork on that would be "interesting".

I think you would do better to ask your insurance company rather than take our advice!!

Just for Information, After speaking with the insurance company and checking the wording on the document. It says any Motor Vehicle not motorcycle or moped. So that clears that one up.
