the puzzle for me is why E* D* the CEO of PMC throughout 2004 won't/can't explain why so many 09099 numbers allocated to his company were mysteriously appearing on my and so many others phone bill.

these were numbers not allocated to Middleton and the companies registered to M* de Silva M*' they were numbers allocated to PMC.

I assume he understands the concept of consumer enquiries, consumer complaints, negative consumer feedback and consumer mistrust
