Default Specific Web site issues

Hi guys.

Having an issue with a specific website. hope someone can help =)

I am on talktalk broadband and i regularly play an online game called Ragnarok. I have been with this internet for 8 months and i have never had any problems, then yesterday i attempted to visit the website and the connection timed out. The game client itself first runs a patcher and then opens the client window. I have been unable to patch the client or login to the server yet every other web-site and online software works fine. I have asked a few people i know to test it on their connections but they all say it works fine.

It's as if my IP is blocked but this shouldnt be the case becuase i am running a dynamic IP (although if they were to block an IP they would also ban my account, which they havent)

Ive tried pinging the website but i get 'request timed out' and when i do a tracert it comes back with the problem at either Talktalk themselves, or at my local exchange. I live in manchester by the way.

If there are any suggestions to sorting this or anyone has anyt knowhow that would be helpful.

Thanks in advance

Edit: btw the web address is http://www. ragnarokonline. com
i am unaware what the IP adress is for the patcher or the login

Hey, Thanks for the reply.

I was pretty sure initially that it wasn't that the website was down coz a few other people had tested it for me. But thanks for the advice anyway.

Are you in Manchester to? i think im gonna have to get someone nearby whos not on talktalk but on the same exchange so then i can find out if its a problem with talktalk or the exchange itself

Still open to any suggestions tho =)

Cheers
