Not working for me either (except for a few admin/mod only sections). Unfortunately I don't have the access (or ability) to fix it - have left a heads up in the Team section in case this one is missed.

temp work-round - change the forum style, bottom left of page,. underneath and left where it says "All times are .... The time now is ..."
there's a drop down selection box,. pick "vBulletin 3" as the style (others might also work) - you can also change the forum style in user options will seek a proper fix for the default style as well
