UD Agent - Anthrax Research / other projects (e.g. smallpox etc)

It seems apart from the 'web testing' that the UD agent can do, all current users have been added to something called 'Anthrax Research' - I haven't looked to far into what this is abt, but I personally only want to run the cancer thingy.

To make sure (or check) what your setup is running (if you have never done this then you might well be running 'web testing' - which is a commercial thing) not just the cancer research thing.

From your taskbar - open the UD agent, at the bottom right in the 'Devices Information' on the screen that comes up, pick 'View You Device List'.. You need to log in to UD system on the page that comes up.

Once on that page is a list (in the middle) which lists your devices, in the column that headed 'Selected Profile' select the link (it will probably be called 'default' unless you have renamed or created new profiles).

Near the bottom of that page are 3 checkboxes

Current Distributed Computing Projects
Primary Projects:
(At least one must be selected)

Intel-United Devices Cancer Research Project

United Devices Anthrax Research Project

Secondary Projects:
(Optional)

Web Performance Testing

The only one I have checked is the 'UD Cancer Research Project' - that the one most people signed up to
