Hi
I signed up with Pipex adsl at ther begining of March - on 11 March my order was sent to BT - the expected date of connection was 20 March - on 19 March my order status page was updated to say that BT had delayed my adsl as they had not yet completed the full line survey - It said the page would be updated with a confirmed date in the next few days and that ny order had the highest possible priority with BT. So here I am still waiting - the order status page has gone offline and the sales team are not available at weekends has anybody else suffered delays with Pipex? - if so how did you get things resolved - or are Pipex victims if there own success (as everybody who appears to have a good product seem to fall foul of!!) thanks nocomp |

It's possible that the take-up is quite high and bt can't cope with all the extra work.
I signed up on the 2nd march and was enabled on the 11th ( 6 working days from sign-up ), except for having to buy (and find)a longer modem lead because I couldn't reach the socket with the one supplied (not their fault) I have not looked back and wonder why I ever put up with all that p***ing about with a 56k modem and PPP (P*** Poor Providers) Stick with it ..........it will be worth the wait best regards rob
