Default Anyone filed a complaint with the ISPA yet??

I have just filed a complaint tonight as once again my first use speed was 10-20kpbs (Normally 6mbps) After spending what seems like hours on the phone to Aol "tech support" my speed was hopeless!!

But each time after talking to them my speed strangely comes back!!

It was the last straw tonight!!

ISPA, you can complain to w/o needing to send a letter, if AOL are being difficult and you can't find anyone there to resolve the issue then raise an ISPA complaint, takes 5 mins or less and will help

I wrote this for tiscali, it applies equally to other ISPs who are difficult to contact or that aren't resolving issues,. Tiscali Issues Resolved

xboxgaz - let us know what comes of your complaint, certainly with tiscali they call you back generally within 24 hours, good luck
